What to write about

A puzzle looks wrong

This is the most useful kind of report. Tell us the difficulty level, roughly how far in you were, and what looked wrong — for example a square that seemed to accept no valid digit, or a solve that was rejected despite following the rules. Puzzles are generated on your device and verified for uniqueness before display, so a genuine fault here is something we want to chase down.

A bug or something broken

Please include your browser and, if it matters, whether you were on a phone or a computer. Layout problems, controls that do not respond, and lost progress are all worth reporting.

Accessibility

If something is unusable with a keyboard or a screen reader, or if contrast is too low to read comfortably in either theme, tell us. These reports get priority.

Removing a leaderboard entry

Send the nickname and roughly when it was posted and we will remove it. Entries also expire on their own — see the privacy policy for the timings.

Advertising and business

For advertising enquiries or anything commercial, use the same address and put "advertising" in the subject line.

Privacy requests

Requests to access or delete information should go to the same address. The privacy policy sets out what we actually hold, which is very little.

What we cannot help with

We do not provide solutions to puzzles from other sites or from newspapers, and we cannot recover a game lost to cleared browser data — saved games live only on your own device and are never uploaded.
